Lead AV Installation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lead AV Installation Engineer to join our team at Creative Personnel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of complex AV systems on high-end super yachts and residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation of AV systems, including Crestron control systems, IT networks, lighting control, and high-end projection systems.
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on AV system design and installation.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AV installation and project management.
  • Expert knowledge of Crestron control systems, IT networks, and high-end AV equipment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
