Audit Manager – CASS – Financial Services Expert

We're seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our CASS practice in Financial Services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality audits that meet the needs of our clients and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coach a team of auditors to ensure the delivery of accurate and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the FCA's CASS rulebook and the FRC's Assurance Standard for client asset engagements.
- Provide expert advice on financial products, firm services, and regulatory compliance to clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
- ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Previous experience of managing and coaching people.
- Good working knowledge of financial products, firm services, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience of managing projects and leading teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
