Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate Project Management team in Cambridge. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Advise at a strategic level, providing advice on approaches to successfully achieve client objectives.
  • Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPIs.
  • Manage change control and project finances.
  • Ensure production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Support marketing and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline.
  • 1-5 years experience managing real estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
  • Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB.
