Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Worker. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Support service users with varying needs and abilities
  • Build strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 6 months prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication skills and a basic knowledge of the sector
  • Ability to work 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off on a rota basis
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
