Job Description

Our client, a leading provider of innovative semiconductor solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join their team at IC Resources.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and document comprehensive testing plans for new technology devices, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and troubleshoot software and hardware for reliability and production testing, leveraging expertise in digital, mixed-signal, and power management IC devices.
  • Diagnose complex issues with new semiconductor components, applying in-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing techniques and testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop efficient and cost-effective testing solutions for large-scale manufacturing, driving process improvements and reducing costs.
  • Oversee all testing-related tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives, and implementing testing programs for remote production sites.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience with automatic test equipment and scripting languages like C/C++/Java/Perl/Python.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing techniques and testing strategies, with a focus on digital, mixed-signal, and power management IC devices.
  • Knowledge of advanced SOC testing equipment, including V93000 or SMT models, and experience with testing tools like spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, VNAs, and similar equipment.
  • Familiarity with system-level and RF/SOC testing is highly desirable.
