Fleet Business Partner

At OCS, we are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Business Partner to join our team in Ipswich. This strategic role will be responsible for managing the UK & Ireland's Fleet function, ensuring a world-class service to stakeholders, mitigating risk, and enhancing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organization's drive to Carbon Net Zero, leveraging Fleet as an enabler and managing the fleet's transition to an EV solution through a robust EV strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Fleet to develop and implement systems and processes that provide qualitative data to drive business decisions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to provide value to the Fleet department and drive business growth and profitability.
  • Support transformation within the Fleet team and implement change management throughout the organization.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with law and regulations, and promoting the organization's CSR and sustainability standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in fleet management, with experience working within Facilities Management an advantage.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to present to and negotiate with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Fleetwave system experience or similar Fleet Management system experience.
  • High level of competence in the full Microsoft suite.
  • Flexible and positive attitude towards work, with a keenness to continuously improve own learning and development.
