Installation Site Manager

**Job Summary**

Minstrell Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Installation Site Manager to join our UK Project Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Health and Safety Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
* On-site and Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with project and programme managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Project Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of projects, including delivery and material management.
* Safety Audits and Checks: Conduct regular safety audits and checks to identify and mitigate potential risks.

**Requirements**

* H&S Qualification/Experience: Possess a recognized H&S qualification, such as CDM, IOSH, NEBOSH, or SMSTS.
* Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
* Project Planning and Organization: Ability to organize day-to-day tasks and prepare for future tasks as detailed in the project programme.
* Client and Stakeholder Management: Possess excellent client and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships.
* Material Handling Systems: Have a thorough understanding of the installation of Material Handling Systems.
