Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our eCommerce Trading team as a Trainee Digital Sales Coordinator. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses the ability to interpret and analyze data. As part of our graduate program, we will provide comprehensive training on essential online metrics, so prior experience in eCommerce is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will focus on enhancing sales across our UK website while contributing to onsite marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Regularly assessing our promotional strategies across all digital platforms.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of search functionalities, navigation, and commercial layouts to ensure our online offerings remain competitive.
  • Assisting the Trading Manager and the broader online team with product launches and project initiatives.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for website enhancements and sales maximization.
  • Finding innovative ways to improve product visibility on our platforms.
  • Optimizing the online customer journey to facilitate a seamless shopping experience while maximizing average order values.
  • Collaborating with product teams to enhance product imagery for various marketing channels.
  • Creating and maintaining a marketing plan, ensuring timely execution.
  • Implementing improvements based on your insights.
  • Aiming to position NEXT as a leader in the market.

Work Environment
This position is based at our Head Office in Leicestershire. Candidates should be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate. We value work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to accommodate personal needs.
