Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on-site for the refurbishment project.
  • Source materials and subcontractors effectively.
  • Participate in project update meetings with clients and project leaders.
  • Oversee payments to subcontractors, manage variations, and generate financial reports.
  • Prepare final financial accounts.
  • Identify and assess commercial risks.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow.
  • Assist in the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process.
  • Collaborate closely with site teams, including Senior Project Managers.
