Technical Delivery Manager - hands-on team leadership

Salary: £40-55k+ benefits

About the Role:

The Spectrum IT Recruitment team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Manager to join our growing team. As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small tech support and operations team and acting as the technical bridge between the business and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical support and delivery teams and 3rd party relationships
  • Provide clear technical guidance to clients in a customer-facing capacity
  • Deliver projects within a Microsoft / Azure / O365 environments
  • Work with senior leadership teams and contribute to strategic decisions
  • Develop and maintain a broad understanding of IT policies and procedures – specifically IT/Cyber security principles
  • Apply ITIL standards

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience managing technical support and delivery teams
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to clients
  • Experience delivering projects within a Microsoft / Azure / O365 environments
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams
  • Broad understanding of IT policies and procedures
  • ITIL standards
