Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Gloucester.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to work with individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and progressive neurological conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions, providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals with complex needs
  • Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the multidisciplinary team
  • Manage a designated caseload using theoretical and practical experience
  • Complete assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions aligned to care plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • UK HCPC Registration
  • Post-qualification clinical experience working with children and young people with complex needs
  • Knowledge of working with neurodiverse individuals

What We Offer:

Up to £46,000 per annum, up to £3,600 welcome bonus, and a generous benefits package.
