Legionella Quality and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Legionella Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team at Verelogic IT Recruitment. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000.

About the Role
  • Oversee the compliance and service delivery of our company's expanding Legionella department across the UK.
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager and administration team to ensure smooth and successful department operations.
  • Manage Legionella operations, lead risk assessors and engineering teams, and maintain our company's LCA accreditation through regular audits.
  • Develop and maintain systems to ensure statutory compliance and health and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Audit Legionella risk assessment reports to ensure company and industry standards are upheld.
  • Stay informed about current water hygiene legislation and update our company on relevant changes.
  • Line manage the field-based Legionella delivery team and ensure they meet KPIs and industry standards.
  • Travel across the UK to support field staff and operational needs.
  • Manage larger Legionella projects and ensure they are delivered according to scope and budget.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment for Legionella and Water Hygiene qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Legionella risk and management.
  • Strong technical understanding of Legionella risk and management.
