We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to join our team at Lounge in Thornbury. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our customers' specifications.

• Prepare and cook dishes to our menu specifications, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
• Work collaboratively with our Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves happy and satisfied.

• Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
• A driven and relentless attitude, with a positive can-do approach.
• Good communication skills and a team player mentality.
• Self-motivation to work at pace, with limited supervision.
• Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.
