Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initial request to quote to customer sign off, utilizing your expertise in managing teams and working with subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of contracts, including booking works, organizing engineers, and liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations and meetings, showcasing project progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the works director and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the security and facilities management sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project or similar.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
