Job Title: Security Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to join our team at Pertemps TM. As a Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of new projects and contract commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from initial request to quote to customer sign off, with a focus on managing your own team and working with sub-contractors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the security industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
