We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful multi-disciplinary practice in Birmingham city centre, seeking to appoint an experienced BIM Manager to join their growing team.

About the Role

The practice operates out of three locations in the UK, with offices in Birmingham, Manchester & London, with the West Midlands office being the head office. The company is home to a range of talented and like-minded individuals, with teams in Architecture, Project Management, Building Services and Surveying.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively lead the practice's BIM services as national lead
  • Develop and implement BIM strategies to enhance the practice's services
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver BIM-enabled projects
  • Provide expertise in BIM and digital transformation to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a BIM Manager position
  • Ideal background in Architecture, either as an Architect or Architectural Technologist
  • Demonstrable experience of working within the Education sector, with added benefit of having worked on Residential schemes
