Join Our Team as a BIM Specialist

We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity to engage in our comprehensive training program aimed at advancing your career in your desired direction.

We are currently seeking a BIM Specialist to bolster the development of our BIM and design teams. The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide immediate assistance, direction, and leadership in the effective application of BIM in design and construction initiatives within the fire suppression industry. Key tasks include producing precise 2D drawings (CAD) and 3D models (Revit).

The chosen candidate will operate under the guidance of the BIM manager and work closely with our project and engineering teams. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into the design team as a design engineer, contributing to prestigious fire engineering and construction projects on both local and national levels.

This position will involve leading and enforcing ISO19650 standards throughout the design and delivery processes, while maintaining the company's high standards for quality and efficiency in its projects.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Building Information Management and Revit across various design and construction projects. Familiarity with the PAS/ISO suite of standards is also essential.

Each team member will receive a customized training plan tailored to their specific needs and career goals. These plans will include a mix of internal training sessions led by our expert team and academic courses if desired, leading to formal qualifications up to degree level, providing recognized credentials in the field.

Your Profile:

  • Proficiency in ISO19650 standards
  • Hands-on experience in BIM deliverables for COBie
  • Expertise in BIM coordination including BIM360 collaboration
  • Proficient in Revit and BIM360 delivery
  • Autodesk certified in Revit, Navisworks, COBie
  • 3 years of industry experience in fire suppression and/or building services modeling
  • Knowledge and understanding of BIM Level 2 standards
