As a Project Manager at Public Sector Resourcing, you will play a crucial role in delivering assigned projects in accordance with requirements, operational constraints, time, cost, and quality. You will lead, coach, and develop a team at a local level to deliver team and personal objectives safely and securely to meet our operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects with a focus on governance, compliance, and reporting.
  • Manage project resources, including people and budget.
  • Lead the planning of tasks and projects.
  • Manage work as defined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
  • Lead, support, and initiate change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
  • Lead, initiate, and perform risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a project manager in the public or private sector.
  • Project management skillset, including risk, issues, and governance.
  • Contracts experience and skillset, including NEC4 or CCS.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
  • Strong self-starter with a formal project management qualification highly beneficial.

Additional Information:

  • This role falls within the scope of the Off Payroll Working in the Public Sector legislation.
  • SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role.
