Elevator Maintenance Technician

Location: London and surrounding regions

Compensation: Up to £48,000

Stirling Warrington is a reputable and established company specializing in Elevator Service, Installation, and Repair, operating in the London area. Due to our expanding service portfolio, we are in search of an Elevator Service Technician to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervising a lift engineer's assistant to ensure tasks are executed properly.
  • Responding to elevator breakdowns and performing scheduled maintenance and servicing.
  • Delivering service and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) at client locations.
  • Offering technical support and guidance to clients while maximizing the first-time fix rate.
  • Maintaining a professional demeanor as a representative of the company on-site.
  • Executing both minor and major repairs.
  • Traveling within the designated service area.

Essential Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 certification in Lift Engineering.
  • Prior experience in a Lift Service, Maintenance, or Repair Engineer role.
  • Relevant certifications for the position, such as J Modules.
  • Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair of both Passenger and Goods lifts.
  • Self-driven, dependable, and well-organized.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • Service area includes London and its surroundings.
