Are you an experienced Elevator service technician seeking a new challenge in the field? If so, we want to hear from you.
Stirling Warrington is a reputable and established company specializing in Elevator Service, Installation, and Repair, located in South East London.
Due to our expanding elevator service portfolio, we are in search of an Elevator Service technician for the Central London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own elevator service route in Central London.
- Supervise an assistant engineer to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Participate in the night call rota, which is 1 in 4 weeks.
- Respond to elevator breakdowns and perform scheduled servicing and maintenance.
- Deliver Service and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) at client locations.
- Offer technical support and guidance to clients, aiming to maximize first-time fix rates.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, representing the company positively on-site.
- Travel throughout the designated coverage area.
Key Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Lift Engineering.
- Prior experience in an Elevator Service or Maintenance Technician role.
- Relevant certifications for the position, such as J Modules.
- Skilled in fault diagnosis and repair of both Passenger and Goods elevators.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and well-organized.
- Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
- Participation in the call-out rota is necessary.
- The route is primarily based in Central London and surrounding areas.
