The Army is seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our Staff and Personnel Support Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personnel administrative capability in support of the wider Army. Your duties will include commanding and leading a team of 18 highly motivated soldiers, managing personnel administration, and assisting senior leadership on personnel and security matters. You will also have the opportunity to develop your professional qualifications and accreditation through affiliated training with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).

As an entry-level Officer, you will start your career in a position of management, commanding responsibility for your team. You will receive world-class training at the Royal Military Academy in Sandhurst, where you will develop the leadership skills and qualifications you need to motivate and support your team. You will also have the opportunity to lead expeditions, run operations abroad, and deliver humanitarian aid to communities in need.

As a member of The Army, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including a competitive salary, 38 days' annual leave, free medical and dental care, and cheaper living costs. You will also have access to free gym and sports facilities, and will normally work 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
