Candidate Profile
The ideal Event Sales Specialist will possess:

  • Proven experience as a sales and events coordinator or executive in a comparable establishment, with a strong background in weddings
  • Proficiency in managing and responding to event inquiries through various channels, while effectively upselling to enhance revenue
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Experience in organizing and facilitating promotional events such as Open Evenings
  • Familiarity with OPERA software
  • A genuine passion for sales and events, coupled with the confidence to convert inquiries into bookings
  • Exceptional service standards and a commitment to creating unforgettable events
  • A friendly demeanor, with a talent for anticipating and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Local residency with reliable transportation
