About the Role:
Join a dedicated team in a nurturing environment as a Childcare Practitioner. This position offers a chance to work in a well-equipped nursery that prioritizes the well-being and development of children. You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive atmosphere where every child's unique needs are recognized and met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to address each child's individual requirements; observe, plan, and assess developmental activities; maintain accurate records and ensure consistent communication with families.
  • Assist the Room Leader in implementing nursery initiatives effectively, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards at all times.
  • Address parent inquiries or requests with professionalism and courtesy, directing them to the appropriate personnel within the nursery as needed.
  • Support the onboarding of new staff members in the room to maintain a consistent level of care.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in a childcare setting.
  • Relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, safeguarding practices, and pediatric first aid.
  • Current DBS check.
