The Role: Fashion Business Development Manager - Ladieswear

We are seeking a driven and experienced Fashion Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the UK and European fashion market, while also nurturing existing relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high street retailers and online brands in the ladieswear sector.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Present and sell our extensive range of ladieswear products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Stay abreast of current fashion trends and competitor offerings to identify market opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the fashion industry, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Deep understanding of the UK and European ladieswear market, including key retailers and online platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
