Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Estate Security Supervisor to lead our esteemed Security team at Pan Pacific London, responsible for the security operations at One Bishopsgate Plaza.

The ideal candidate will exhibit confidence, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with all stakeholders. You will remain composed under pressure and strive to provide the highest level of service to all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily security operations at One Bishopsgate Plaza.
  • Supervise the security personnel and assist in their training and development.
  • Engage with all stakeholders regarding fire safety and security matters.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the estate, including documented fire route inspections.
  • Manage access control for various stakeholders.
  • Oversee key control procedures.
  • Be proficient in the operation of security systems, including CCTV and access control.
  • Assist in removing individuals behaving inappropriately from the premises.
  • Support the logistics team in the loading bay and manage parcel receipts for private residences.
  • Handle lost and found items, maintaining accurate records and responding to inquiries.
  • Address any incidents related to fire safety, security, health and safety, and emergencies.
  • Report hazards or safety concerns to management and stakeholders.
  • Prepare incident and accident reports.
  • Complete all required training as directed by management.
