About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Young People service in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve service performance targets
  • Deliver effective supervision and team meetings to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent customer support
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and engagement
  • Ensure the maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
  • Participate in the initial and continuous assessment of customer needs and ensure support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as required by the Contract Manager/Heads of Operations
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and has a strong track record of managing and developing staff. You will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

You will have a minimum of two years' experience of effectively managing and developing staff to ensure delivery of services performance targets, and experience of delivering to housing management performance targets. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be an advantage.
