Our client, a globally recognised manufacturing business, is seeking a Head of Quality to oversee quality across 4 manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term quality assurance strategies to reduce quality-associated risks.
- Maintain procedures and processes within an ISO9001 certified QMS, ensuring companywide compliance to UK, legal, and customer specifications.
- Represent the business in front of the global supply base, adding value to sourcing, design, development, and quality management.
- Lead and manage the quality function from new product conception to warranty analysis, ensuring a proactive culture.
- Proven leadership experience of quality functions and heading up a quality department within a manufacturing business.
- Experience in ISO management systems such as ISO9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Desirable background in steel fabrications and/or machining environment.
- Highly competitive Pension Scheme.
Candidates with experience as a Head of Quality, Quality Director, Quality Manager, or QMS Lead may be suitable for this position.
