Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collection Officer to join our team at Brook Street.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting financial impositions imposed by the Court, accurately allocating money to accounts, and maintaining a suspense report. Additionally, they will be required to complete Bank Reconciliations, perform general photocopying and filing, create and update records on our in-house computer system, and handle telephone and written enquiries.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
