Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our busy respiratory ward at King's Mill Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized patient care and support
  • Assisting with daily living activities and promoting patient independence
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to achieve excellent patient outcomes

Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ2 in Care or willingness to work towards
  • Previous customer care experience and life skills
  • Good communication skills and understanding of basic requirements for individualized patient care
