We are currently working with a leading Health and Social Care provider, seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent contract.

The position offers a full-time opportunity with a generous home working policy (4 days per week) and a competitive salary of £25,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Guiding and advising line managers on the correct onboarding process
  • Ensuring compliance processes are carried out on all new starters
  • Conducting reference, right to work, qualifications, and DBS checks
  • Arranging inductions for new starters
  • Ensuring all pre-employment documents are sent to new starters, including offer letters, contracts, and application packs

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Confidence over the phone in supporting line managers and new starters
  • Able to work autonomously in a busy environment

Working hours will be 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, with one day per week in the office.
