As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing and supply of Inbound Materials to our Production facility, as well as processing end product to our customers.

Key duties will include:

  1. Effective communication with Logistics Management/Supervisors and Site Security to ensure accurate and timely arrival of Inbound/Outbound consignments.
  2. Accurate and timely provision of components to Production and supporting departments.
  3. Picking of materials to support Customer Orders.
  4. Maintenance of accurate stock movements using WMS.
  5. Loading of Outbound Product destined to our Customers/Suppliers.
  6. Occasional transport of products to off-site storage facilities.
  7. Processing of recyclable materials.
  8. Operation at the highest level of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental performance.
  9. Maintenance of a very high standard of housekeeping both Internally and externally.
  10. Other Logistics-related tasks as requested by Management/Supervision.

Additional/special features of the role:

  1. Good communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Candidates would ideally need to have experience in Logistics Operations in a fast-moving goods operation with experience of Warehouse Management Systems.
  3. Possess the ability to work individually and as part of a team to maximize the challenges this position offers is essential.
  4. Show a proactive and innovative approach to supporting the team and have a natural desire to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
  5. Be willing to work overtime when required.

Essential technical and professional skills, knowledge, and qualification:

  1. Knowledge of Logistics Operations and associated supporting activities.
  2. Current Fork Lift Truck license would be advantageous.
  3. Clean Driving License.

Desirable technical and professional skills, knowledge, and qualification:

  1. MRP Experience.
