About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global HR & Culture Manager to spearhead our HR function and drive strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Crowd is a global creative agency with a diverse team and a strong presence in key business hubs worldwide. As a Global HR & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing an effective HR function that supports the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performance reviews, employee relations, and employee wellbeing.

You will be a CIPD-qualified professional with at least 5 years of HR generalist experience and a solid understanding of employment legislation. Experience in a stand-alone HR role and knowledge of international employment law will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Manage all global employee relations-related issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including pre-employment screening and right-to-work checks.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews.
  • Lead the performance management process, including scheduling and implementing performance reviews on a 6-monthly basis.
  • Implement and lead wellbeing initiatives, including maintaining the employee hub and ensuring its relevance.
  • Assist the traffic manager in scheduling leave requests and inputting them into Avaza.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, including BrightHR and Bayzat.
  • Implement and maintain a performance-related pay process, including bonus schemes and pay reviews.
  • Ensure all HR processes and procedures are compliant with employment legislation and best practices.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualification (ideally Level 7)
  • At least 5 years of HR generalist experience with a solid understanding of HR department areas, including employee relations, recruitment, training, reward, and employee wellbeing.
  • Significant experience in managing and advising on employee relations issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices.
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations, including disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.
  • Solid ethics and morals and sound judgment.
