About the Role

We are seeking a skilled FLT Driver to join our team at Randstad RIS. As a FLT Driver, you will play a crucial role in our client's operation, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within their distribution centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to load and unload palletised products
  • Work as part of a team to maintain a fast-paced distribution centre environment
  • Check documentation to ensure product is packed in line with customer specifications
  • Comply with Health & Safety measures and report any safety issues
  • Identify and escalate any product quality issues
  • Deliver and maintain individual and team targets to satisfy customer demand
What You'll Need
  • RTITB accredited licence in either Reach or Counterbalance
  • FLT experience working within a FMCG environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to follow instructions and processes
  • Results driven and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
