The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales and client engagement to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent and make recommendations to clients
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, offer negotiations, and onboarding
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
