About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Business Partner to join our team at Investigo Limited. As a key member of our Commercial Finance Team, you will play a critical role in providing financial leadership and support to our business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide financial guidance and support to business partners across various cost areas, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic financial plans, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct robust financial analysis and provide clear management summaries to senior stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Capex Management: Work closely with Financial Accounting to ensure accurate capex reporting and accruals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Business Partnering: Foster strong relationships with business partners, providing financial support and guidance on a wide range of ad-hoc queries.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive business change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Resource Management: Collaborate with HR to improve visibility of resource levels and provide clear reporting to senior management, ensuring informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial business partnering, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise financial information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
