The Company
An established manufacturer of specialist construction products with a reputation for innovation and quality, seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to create further growth and to identify additional opportunities within the construction sector.

The Role
As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expansion of the company's market share. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a business development strategy to drive growth and expansion of the company's market share
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients and partners
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development decisions

Requirements
Proven track record of business development and sales success
Strong understanding of the construction industry and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
