Position: Senior FX Option Structurer / FX Structuring Manager

Company: FS Talent Group

Salary: £60k - £70k PLUS Bonus

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Travel Requirements: Overseas Travel

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or a quantitative discipline
  • Minimum of 18 months experience in options structuring
  • Proficient in advanced Excel; knowledge of VBA is advantageous
  • Experience from banking or investment funds, such as hedge funds or inter-dealer brokers
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on interaction with front office teams and C-level executives, as well as regular client engagement for trade execution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Structuring FX options to meet client needs
  • Executing large-scale, non-standard FX transactions
  • Managing market risk and liquidity associated with derivative positions
  • Developing Excel-based hedging models and programs for clients
  • Overseeing the options desk, including EMIR reporting, managing expirations, trade execution, restructures, and systems training
  • Collaborating with the IT development team to enhance technology solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders in FX execution and structuring
