Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
  • Be an inspirational and motivated leader to your team, focusing on employee growth and development, while being aware of individual personalities and work styles.
  • Display a strong knowledge of compliance management, including licensing, risk assessment, and health and safety procedures.
  • Drive business performance by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), with a particular emphasis on achieving budgeted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
  • Ensure smooth operation of all areas, from front-of-house to back-of-house management.
  • Implement and monitor processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
