About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist to join our team at Williams Lea Limited. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality presentation materials that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain presentation materials, including slides, reports, and other visual aids, using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences, and to ensure that presentation materials meet their expectations.
  • Take ownership of the quality and timeliness of presentation materials, and ensure that they are delivered to a high standard.
  • Use our project management system (mPS/Symphony) to track and manage projects, and to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client queries and requests.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and skills, sharing best practices and expertise with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality presentation materials, using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and to take ownership of projects and tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Desirable: experience working in a corporate environment, and a strong understanding of branding and identity.
