Key Responsibilities- HR Operational Management
- Oversee and supervise all HR administration day-to-day tasks and processes.
- Ensure the onboarding and offboarding process is efficient and effective.
- Deliver and coordinate all HR operational activity in the annual planner within defined timeframes.
- Manage annual review processes, salary reviews, and benchmarking.
- Partner with the Director of HR to deliver the HR strategy.
- HR Advisory Service
- Escalate technical and strategic matters that require support from employment consultants.
- Act as a key point of contact for business units and service teams, providing a consultative advisory service on employee matters.
- Support and Development
- Support the Director of HR with projects to deliver the HR strategy.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline and improve HR operations.
- Degree-level qualification in HR or a business-related field or full CIPD qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice.
- Experience of working in a professional services or similar background.
- Experience of managing others and leading HR projects.
- Proficient in HR systems and able to produce and analyze data.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to act confidentially and diplomatically.
