Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our care home teams across the country. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of clinical care, providing specialist nursing support and advice, and supervising/coaching colleagues to deliver a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and colleagues
- Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
- Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver high-quality care
- Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care
- Recognize and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
- Valid NMC Pin number
- Commitment to professional standards and practice
- Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
