About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant Anaesthetist to join our team at Tees Valley Hospital. As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive anaesthetic service to our patients, including inpatient and day case acute surgery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care to patients undergoing surgery
  • Work closely with the existing team to provide a comprehensive anaesthetic service
  • Participate in the development and implementation of anaesthetic policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior anaesthetists and other healthcare professionals
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing medical education
