Job Title: Paralegal - Employment

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our Employment Department. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors with legal research, case preparation, and document drafting.

The Role:
  • Support the Employment Department in legal research, case preparation, and document drafting.
  • Assist solicitors with managing client files and liaising with clients on case matters.
  • Attend meetings, assist with hearings, and prepare legal documentation.
  • Conduct research and provide updates on employment law developments.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to deliver excellent client service.
The Person:
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal in employment law is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive approach to work and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent team player with a desire to build a career in employment law.
