Job Title: Paralegal - Employment

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our Employment Department in Belfast. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors with legal research, case preparation, and document drafting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on employment law developments and provide updates to the team.
  • Assist solicitors with managing client files, liaising with clients, and preparing legal documentation.
  • Attend meetings, assist with hearings, and prepare legal documents.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent client service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Paralegal in employment law is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A proactive approach to work and willingness to take on new challenges.
