About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Vehicle Technician to join our team at Northgate Vehicle Hire. As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of light commercial vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical issues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and industry developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Technician or Mechanic qualification
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, with a broad mix of work including servicing, general maintenance, warranty work, and recalls
  • Excellent technical skills to solve each job quickly and safely
  • Ability to provide a great customer experience to every customer, every day
