Breakfast Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Breakfast Manager to join our team at Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. As a Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for leading the breakfast service team and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the breakfast service team to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that the breakfast service operates within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
