Breakfast Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Breakfast Manager to join our team at Mercure Liverpool Atlantic Tower Hotel. As a Breakfast Manager, you will be responsible for leading the breakfast service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the breakfast service team to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service
  • Manage and support team members in resolving guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work within budgeted guidelines to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, and policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct regular team meetings and generate post-meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel security protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
