We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Design Specialist to join our team at BMS Engineering Recruitment. As a Digital Marketing and Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
- Design and create visual content for social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and design.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
