Senior Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our team at Rec Sense Recruitment. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal audit function and providing assurance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and report on internal audits to ensure compliance with our internal audit standards.
- Manage and supervise junior staff members to ensure the successful completion of audit assignments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Identify and assess risks to ensure the effectiveness of our internal controls.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure the quality of audit work.
- Participate in the firm's appraisal and development process to ensure continuous improvement.
- A relevant professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, IIA, or CIMA.
- Proven experience in internal audit, with a strong understanding of internal audit processes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
