We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Field Service Engineer to join our team at TRS Consulting (UK) Ltd. As a Medical Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, and maintenance of advanced medical imaging systems, including CT scanners, located at hospitals and healthcare centers throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical imaging technologies and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in medical field service engineering, with a focus on medical imaging systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of CT scanners and other medical imaging equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
